Qualification
- For all posts is Post Graduate Degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
- A Doctorate degree of a recognized University in concerned discipline.
- Teaching and/or research experience in the discipline/subject concerned after obtaining the Doctorate degree.

Age Limit
- Professor/Additional Professor: -Not exceeding 58 (Fifty-Eight) years as on the last date of the receipt of the application.
- Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor: – Not exceeding 50 (Fifty) years as on the last date of the receipt of the application.
- Upper age limit shall be determined as on last date of submission of offline applications.
- No age relaxation would be available to SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates applying for unreserved vacancies.
Age relaxation permissible to various categories is as under: –
SC/ST 05 Years OBC 03 Years PwBD 10 Years -UR 13 Years- OBC 15 Years- SC/ST Government Servant (As per DoPT instruction) 05 Years
